Can I pick up my order?

Do you paint custom orders?

Yes, I offer custom painting services for pieces such as TV units, buffets, dressers, tallboys, and bedside tables. (Due to space limitations, I can't take on larger items like coffee tables, dining tables, chairs, or beds.)

Please send me photos, dimensions, and an idea of the look you're after, and I’ll provide a specific quote.

How to order paintable wallpaper?

Our wallpapers are sold by the metre and shipped in continuous lengths. For example, if you order 3 metres, you’ll receive a 3 metre long piece.

How do I apply paintable wallpaper?

Wallpaper can be applied using wallpaper paste or PVA glue, suitable for various surfaces. Instructions are included with every order.

What is Pureco Silk Finish Paint?

Pureco paints are low or zero VOC (volatile organic compounds), which helps reduce ozone and smog, protecting your health.

Self-sealing, low-sheen finish

Easy to clean and stain-resistant

Minimal prep required; can be applied by brush, roller, or spray

Proudly Australian-made

Sealing, waxing, and topcoating are not required.

Preparing Your Surface:

1. Clean thoroughly with Pureco Lemon Myrtle Cleaner.

2. Sand away any flaking paint.

3. Lightly scuff shiny surfaces for better adhesion.

Priming:

Apply Base & Blocker primer.

Painting with Silk Finish:

1. Mix the paint thoroughly.

2. Apply with a brush, roller, or spray.

3. For best results, use a smooth synthetic brush or 4mm nap roller, applying in long, even strokes. Apply in light coats and avoid overworking the paint.

4. Allow 2 hours between coats. Full curing may take 7-21 days, depending on humidity.

Spraying:

Silk Finish can be diluted by up to 15% without affecting the built-in topcoat. For greater dilution (e.g. washes), an additional sealer is required.

Tannin Bleed:

If tannin bleed occurs, apply Base & Blocker overnight for optimal blocking.

Note: Pureco waxes are unnecessary with Silk Finish. For an aged or whitewashed effect, try Pureco Stain & Glazes. Using Base & Blocker primer is highly recommended under Silk Finish.

PLEASE NOTE

Colours marked with an asterisk (*) next to the name are made with a light or clear base, making them slightly translucent. More coats will be required to achieve full opacity.

Do you ship/deliver?

Yes, we offer free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $170. For orders between $51 and $170, shipping costs $12. For orders up to $50, shipping costs $14 (excluding furniture and bulky items).

Furniture Delivery & Pick-Up:

Delivery is available within 150 km of Caboolture. Contact us for a quote.

Free pick-up is available from Caboolture, 4510.

I don’t have set hours, but I’m usually available during school hours, from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
